“I shop at Goodhood all the time, but recently the online orders haven't been up to par. You charge £6.95 for DPD Express...yet 3 days later it still hasn't arrived. DPD also state that they haven't received the item from you yet. It's not Easter weekend and the item wont arrive in time, pushing delivery to 7+ days since original order.”

“I was looking to buy a Korean brand perfume, which was stocked by them in the UK. I was thrilled to find that they stocked the sample set so I could try before committing to a full size. Unfortunately, one of the samples leaked (the one I really wanted to try). I was still able to smell the fragrance, just not on my skin. I went on to purchase the full size. But initially I was disappointed. I emailed Goodhood to explain what had happened but didn't receive a response.”
