“I ordered something pretty expensive and no one thought it was a good idea to let me know there was an issue with my order until I decided to email 2 weeks later asking for an update. Turned out the item I purchased wasn’t actually in stock, but they decided to take my money and not say anything. I’d expect this from a big company, not a small one of 40 staff.”
