“Charged an expensive delivery fee (no option for standard delivery, only express) but shipped the product late, making it a waste of money. You then ignored my email pointing this out. If i was having a Karen moment I'd say - offer a standard delivery fee if you can't process orders on time or reply to customer emails.”

“Lovely curated selection of brands on offer. Love the commitment to sustainability with reusable packaging. I’d hold off little postcards in envelopes though, as nice as they look - it’s yet more waste. Maybe a QR code on the packaging takes recipients to a buyer specific webpage with rotating content, the weekly fits for example ?”

“Fantastic store of interesting and cool products from homewares to clothing and body care. The product selection is ethical and champions new design/craft talent from around the world, as well as supporting local producers too, giving it a “not on the high street” feel. Always a one stop shop for me a Christmas thanks to a wide range of gift ideas for all ages, albeit it a street edge. Staff are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, always ensuring an enjoyable shopping experience here.”
