“Lack of options for collecting from courier, after only one attempt DPD kept my parcel at local depot for 5 days without option for collecting or redelivery. Contacted Goodhood and the only solution was return my order to the shop so they can send it again to me…still waiting.”

“As usual, the service was great, I ordered something for a present, then was informed it would be delayed and after speaking to someone on the team they did what they could to speed it up and it was delivered on time. So, really happy someone took the effort to sort it out.”
