“I received an email to say my order had been delayed and it would be 2-4 days before they’d be dispatched so I replied asking for the order to be cancelled.I received no reply and the shoes were convientally dispatched the next day and then I was emailed back and told my order couldn’t be cancelled because it had been dispatched.Poor service.”

“I have been a very regular shopper at Goodhood for a few years until very recently. I would purchase a couple of items a month at least. A while ago I reached the insider level of their loyalty scheme having spent over £1k in the past 12 months, but have since stopped shopping with Goodhood due to being misled about the benefits and the follow-up interactions I had with their customer service team. Specifically, the website and the email received state that at the Insider level, you will receive a £50 voucher. However, after being unable to use the voucher online or in store, the customer service team told me (after 2 weeks) that the voucher requires a min spend of £100. This is not mentioned anywhere in the t&cs online or in email. When I challenged customer service with this and showed them the email I received, they effectively told me tough luck and refused to escalate it beyond the person dealing with the email. So I am now actively choosing other retailers to shop with and have taken my money elsewhere. Btw, the site still states at insider level you get a £50 voucher with no stipulations mentioned on the account page, or in the help section FAQs.”

“My parcel was left in my porch by Dpd. They said it was delivered to me. Which was a lie because I was at work and can prove it. So my parcel Was stolen. Dpd started an investigation and basically treated me so,so badly with the way I was questioned. Making me feel like they were accusing me of lying, when its there fault for leaving it in my porch, in a high crime area. Goodhood have been brilliant and immensely respectful... but this whole experience has made my health condition worse. Its a shame that I can not choose my delivery company in the future because I would never choose Dpd after my dreadful experience with them. When it was their fault for leaving a parcel in my porch and saying I received it,, when no one was home.”
