“I purchased this item before going away on holiday for two weeks. They were there when I got home but unfortunately they had been wrongly listed as size ‘S’ on the website. In fact, they were size ‘5’ based on Folks standard numbered sizing. So, there actually XL and did not fit me. As your returns is only 14 days I can’t return them so overall I’m not at all happy with the customer service here.”

“Afraid I can't go through the hassle of ordering from these guys anymore. 4 of my last 7 orders have either been the wrong item, or damaged, and I've had to return them. No discount codes or anything else are ever offered. The last order I made, the site said delivery was delayed, then nothing else for 4 days. When I chased I was told they didn't have the item in stock. They have a nice selection on their site but you're better off buying direct from the brands.”
