Hello - I really liked the necklace for my boyfriend but he didn’t think it suited him. I sent the necklace back last Monday. Please can you let me know whether you have received it and generate a refund? Thanks

I was surprised with how unsatisfactory goodhood's service was. I ordered shoes and some other bits. Waited for over a week. Waited another week. Emailed to ask what was wrong, and was told the shoes were never really in stock. I emailed back to say that if that was the case, please cancel my order as I had wanted the shoes and please refund my express shipping. No response for days, while I continuously emailed asking for feedback. The package then arrived anyway and I got an email apologising and asking if I wanted to refund. I explained that I didnt now want the extra hassle of having to refund after already having to chase etc. I use goodhood for convenience and if it's not convenient I wont use it. No response, and mo refund for my express delivery charge. Really wasnt impressed, I use goodhood a lot but will be using other outlets for a while from.mow on.

For some reason I could not get this parcel delivered to my home address it was collection or pick up from a DPD point only. My parcel arrived at the DPD point however DPD did not issue me with a QR code and as such the store would not release my parcel. I tried to contact DPD with no luck initially, I also contacted GoodHood and had no response. After an hour on the phone and several trips to the store the parcel was finally released but it took up so much of my time to sort! I will not be buying from you again.

Love this store, would highly recommend. Recent purchase was part of the Black Friday first 200 deal. Received a great discount that was open to all items in store. Bagged myself a great just released item which made me very happy. Thanks goodhood!

Didn’t have the item in stock that I had ordered and it took them over a week to tell me and refund me. Had to chase twice. Meanwhile I’d paid for next day shipping so had to ask that to be refunded. Not overly impressed.

Item has not arrived. No phone number to contact just rely on email. Not even had a shipping notification nearly two weeks later. £330 taken out of account and no contact to say what is happening. Will never shop here again.

Always reliable and products are delivered with care. This time around, I had to redirect the postage of the item and the help team were incredibly helpful and expedient with sorting that out. Will definitely continue to revisit the vendor.
