“Ordered 3 items 12/12. Got an email 15/12 1 item refunded. Then an email 17/12 another item refunded. Finally last item was sent, recalled and refunded on 22/12. As all were Christmas gift prettt disappointing experience. Especially as the refunded items remained shopable on website.”

“Pretty poor service both times I’ve ordered the past month, made two orders containing 3 items and 2 ended up being oversells - no communication about this whatsoever, until I had to reach out to see why my orders hadn’t been updated. It’s put me off ordering from here again tbh”

“I ordered two bowls from Goodhood as a Christmas gift and despite charging me for two, they sent one. When I followed up with them they said the other had been sent in error to another address and they were out of stock so I was left with one bowl vs a set?! No proactive communication from them at all on this issue. Very unhappy.”

“I love Goodhood but this was not a good one. The delivery took three weeks.... one of the things I ordered wasn't avail (which they took 2 weeks to tell me) so I tried to cancel the other which I wasn't able to. Then when it did turn up, it was the wrong product.”
