“Goodhood have a nice website with an interesting selection of stuff. Their delivery was a bit slower than the estimate on their website's "delivery" page, and in the 3 weeks since my purchase they've somehow sent me 7 separate marketing emails, which feels kind of spammy for a mailing list I didn't make an active choice to sign up to.”

“14 days for a refund is a ridiculously short time. I had bought it early as a gift and when I needed to return it due to the size being wrong, and looked at the process, I was out of time . I’ve never come across such a short period to return something. It’s always 28 days minimum!”
