“I LOVE these candles. They are wonderful and although I have (very sadly) had issues with broken candles it was never Goose Creeks fault as they were packaged in a sturdy manner. It was a busy overwhelmed delivery company, ( I will not name) that delivered them in a literally destroyed box. I sent photographs to Goose Creek AS DIRECTED by their policy and they rapidly replaced the damaged items FREE. I used to purchase from an Ohio company but they shrunk their products and increased the price so now I only buy from Goose Creek. I always buy in bulk and take advantage of sales. They have me for life with these fabulous scents and caring Customer Service. Negative Nellies either have ZERO sense of smell or don't follow the return/damaged goods directives. TY for always marketing a superior product, Goose Creek!!!”

“They have a great scent choice, however it seems they have changed or redone their formulas somehow. I had at least 3 that were aromatic for about 8-10 minutes before, no more scent. I let them know, and received a e-gift card for the bad candles. I said I would never buy them again, but they took care of me, so I definitely will.”

“I love the candles - first of all - and originally ordered literally several hundred from the other top named brand and GC surpasses in scent and options available. No problem there. The shipping and customer service, however, are what will ground them. They have no intention of ever connecting live. Don’t expect to ever talk to someone as they can’t be bothered. I placed 3 orders pretty close together of between 7-10 candles each and they took almost 3 weeks to receive. There are no email updates except to say “UPS has your order” (and this is after you had expected to already receive them). Then you will get this same message many times throughout the shipping process. I sent emails and texts trying to inquire about any status updates (they give none) and lodged a complaint, stating this might be my last order. No response for awhile until the standard “we apologize for any inconvenience” and then a “UPS has your order” text the next few days. Ridiculous and unacceptable. Horrible customer service and there are too many candles options out there to have to put up with this. And - NO - I am not a bot or a high maintenance customer. Basic customer service should be a given. They take your money immediately but you are in your own after the order.”

“Dont believe those negative comments. Either these comments are bots,are just entitled people. Any issues I ever had with GC were a couple broken candles. I emailed customer service they replaced with no problem. I feel they do the best they can with shipping. Also its not on them if your items come broken. They are going through multiple shipping locations. CS id always helpful and responds within 24-48 hrs just like any other online support. As with anyother online purchase you know you are NOT getting a confirmation until order is filled. Also if your order ran late because you decided to order around a hoildays and sales common sense it will be a little longer. And last but not least. If you dont want to order and for those who saying "I'll just purchase BBW' goood BYE. MORE for the people and Me who appreciate GC candles. And to the entitled adios go bye BBW no one cares.”

I have reached out to them several times with no answer as to where my order is. Online status says "order placed". Well duh, I know that! Don't know why I ever gave them a 2nd chance. Calling my bank to dispute/reverse charge. I will ONLY shop @ Bath & Body Works from now on. They know how to do it right.”
