THE COMPANY IS A CON AND HAS STOLEN MY PURCHASE FEE WITHOUT SENDING THE PRODUCT AND NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE OR EMAILS - EXIT THIS WEBSITE NOW! I placed an order which has never been sent or refunded. They don't answer emails and they don't answer the phone, it's not retail its THEFT!

I ordered an item on the 25th of January, I was informed the goods were delayed, still no item and I’ve now been waiting for a refund for over 2 weeks. Definitely wouldn’t use this company again just wish I had read these reviews before ordering.

I have ordered for about 12 months and always been great. I recently ordered an item in January and kept being told a replacement was sent ect ect. clearly they didn't send it and now waiting 3 weeks for a refund. wont be ordering again unless if its sorted asap

I purchased some shampoo and conditioner amounting to £35 in December. I allowed a little bit of extra time for delivery due to the Christmas rush and then when it didn’t appear I contacted customer services and was told I would be refunded. this was very early January. I have emailed and contacted them through the online chat service since January about 30 times and I’ve constantly had a reply after usually three or four messages not after each one saying that I would be getting a refund and that I’ll get an email to confirm it. I’ve been checking my emails and checking my bank account and nothing has been done. The tracking information also shows that the shampoo is still processing rather than having been or sent out for delivery. Please avoid using this company. Customer services is appalling and the only option you have is to email them or to leave a voicemail message. There is no chance of speaking to a life human being.

Order 82069 - where is my shampoo? I paid for 2 bottles on the 3 Feb 2019, and still have not received my order. I rang 4 times and got nothing but lies about the shampoo having been sent. I have since been diagnosed with cancer and had other things on my mind. But I still have not received either the shampoo or the refund. Appalling!

DO NOT ORDER FROM GOOSEBERRY SHOP I ordered goods on 9th December and to date (8th March) still no goods or refund despite emailing regularly over the last 3 months!

Been waiting for my order since 13/01/20. Received 1 item . Still waiting for other item . After numerous emails. Get fobbed off each time with an excuse! Was told I’d get free gift to & waiting for that too! Won’t be ordering again! Don’t order from this company!

I ordered hair products on 4.1.2020 and finally received the order at the end of February 2020. At no time during this period did Gooseberry contact me to update me unless it was replying to emails I sent them chasing up the order. Full of false promises. Would not recommend using them

Appalling service, several emails but no sign of delivery, asked for refund and more emails and to date no sign of refund either!!! My advice to buyers would be go elsewhere for your products!!! I still want to know when I will get my money back!!!

Absolutely disgraceful. I ordered items during December and it states that delivery is ‘usually within 5 working days’. Money was taken from credit card with a promise when I called that items should be with me ‘before Christmas’. Many calls and emails later, we are now in March and I have yet to receive items.

Delivery extremely poor. I have still not received my order, which was placed 14th February, customer service could only offer an apology but offer no explanation. Despite several emails and confirmation that it is in transit, I am yet to receive it.

Please open your front door, & fire your hard earned money out off it, rather than order from these cowboys, they have NO STOCK & WON'T REFUND YOUR MONEY BACK . THEY DONT ANSWER PHONES OR EMAILS. BOGUS COMPANY

Do not use buy from here. Order placed on 12th February for over £100. No goods arrived. Promised a refund on 25th February. No response to numerous emails & voicemail messages. AS of 4th March, now trying to resolve with my bank. Buy elsewhere.
