Absolutely shocking service. Placed an order with you over a month a go and you keep promising to deliver and I still haven't received the goods.

DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM GOOSEBERRY SHOP. They won't send your products, they won't refund your money. Absolutely bad customer service and their answers are like a robot had write them. I will fight to get my money out!

Ordered something and waited almost 2 weeks and nothing, emailed them and they said it was out of stock and I should have been told this (which I wasn't) told if I'm happy to wait it should be with me in a couple of days. 8 days went by and no delivery. Now asked for a refund, no apology given by company and just told the refund will be done. Another 12 days gone and still no refund. I won't be using this company again.

Order no: 110590 I have waited MORE THAN 10 days now for my refund I requested on 13 FEBRUARY! STILL nothing. I ordered this on 24 JANUARY. I am so fed up of this delay and the way this has been handled. All I wanted was a shampoo and conditioner!! These people are blatant scammers!!

I ordered an item from the website. It did arrive but it was old stock and arrived damaged. I sent the item back and asked for a replacement. I am still waiting now and this was on 28th January. After waiting for 3 weeks I then asked for a refund. Again I am still waiting. Please avoid this company

I've been waiting for my order for 2 months and every week I was told that I should get my parcel next week. I decided to cancel this purchase and asked for a refund which also takes ages. In my opinion there are many other trustworthy websites with cosmetics that we can use. Personally I'm very disappointed about this service and I don't recommend them at all.

I ordered 2 items from Gooseberry back in January, totalling £23. The items never arrived. I contacted Gooseberry who apologised and said they’d send them ASAP. Still no products received. I wrote again - still no products after a month. I asked for a refund, which I have asked for 3 times and still no refund some 6 weeks later!!! Where is my money!?!? Don’t touch this company with a barge pole!

I’ve ordered from Gooseberry before, and not had a problem. But I ordered products 23rd Jan told might take up to 10 business days to arrive, whereas before products arrived next day. Nothing arrived. I asked to be delivered to another address they said yes, but again, nothing arrived. So I cancelled the order. Told it might take between 3 and 10 days for a refund. It’s now 1st March and I’ve received nothing. No products. No refund. Have reported them to American Express. Also, I keep getting marketing emails everyday, even though I told them to remove me from their database three times. Have also reported them to ICO for Data Protection breach. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS

Ordered Olaplex 2 weeks ago, no goods, no replies to phone calls or their online chat, blocked from leaving comments on their Facebook posts and Facebook messenger. Email was only answered after I started to use the Resolver website to help. I've used them in the past, but not in the last year and it seems they are now to be avoided at all cost. Their excuse to me is that they are only a small family run business! I dont care how small you are, nobody should treat their customers this way. If they cant fulfill orders or process refunds in a timely manner, then cease trading please.... Reported the, to Trading Standards

Further to my previous review. I have reported this company to trading standards. Companies house have a Mr David Butler named as the manager/owner of this company. Today i received an email to say my money has been refunded. This is after I told them i had contacted trading standards and been on companies house.

AVOID THIS SITE They have taken my payment, won't answer my emails or return my calls and still not sent my order. I managed to talk to Anna in the hairdressing salon who keeps promising my order is on its way, but it fails to arrive by every date she gives. I will now have to take it up with my bank.

APPALLING - Ordered 7th Feb 20, and even on 25th Feb, still making excuses for not even sending items, despite numerous failed promises to do so. Failed to credit as promised and had to contact Barclaycard to reverse charge - AVOID

Absolute shame as they have great products . This is the second time I have ordered and had issues , the first time they missed an item in the shipping . This time after one week I had not received any shipping details , so emailed and was told I was meant to be notified that we’re stocking issued. I was told they would be sent that day and would receive a tracking number , now a week on I have had nothing! No reply to my email , no tracking number , no items nearly three weeks on! I tried calling and it is an answer phone .

I wish I had read the reviews before making an order I've been waiting since 6th Dec 2019. Was promised a refund in January, nothing to date this "company" is nothing short of fraudsters. I'll be informing Trading Standards and the rest!

If I could give zero stars I would ordered product over 2 weeks ago never arrived contacted them several times fobbed off repeatedly no straight answers and no product and no refund now contacting PayPal for refund worst customer service I’ve experienced in years
