Please dont order anything from them!!! I ordered some products on the 25th of December. Obviously they didn't sent me anything and on the 15th of January I emailed them. They said that they will send me the products within one week! They didn't so I decided to ask for a refund. They said that they will refund me in 3- 10 working days but obviously I'm still waiting for my money.

Terrible service, I placed an order over a month ago which never materialised. On the assurance of the company my refund should have come within 10 days, it's been two weeks now and no sign of it. The worst online shopping experience, AVOID!!!

Terrible - just to reiterate the other reviews below - do not order from them. I ordered early January - still not had anything from them and numerous emails asking for a refund and nothing! And still no product

Still waiting for my order. Have phoned and e mailed with no replies. I shall be contacting my bank and trading standings although l suspect they are a complete con.

I ordered from this company on 01.02.2019 and nothing arrived. On 14th Feb i contacted then andi was advised i would get a full refund. Still no refund. I emailed again on 24.02 and for a reply saying they would email me when it has been refunded. If i don't get a full refunded in the next 3 days i will be contacting trading standards as it appears from other reviews this happens a lot.

DO NOT USE. Awful company. Goods weren't in stock straight after I ordered. Allowed time for restocking but after a month asked for a refund which they agreed. A month later after several nags I still have not received the refund.

15 emails. Numerous calls. Lied to at every step of this horrendous ordeal. Ordered in December and nothing arrived for over 2 months. Asked for refund and was told it would be processed. Nothing has happened in over 3 weeks now. Robbed. Do not use this company under any circumstances

Placed an order on 27th January which said would get my delivery within 10 days. Then I chased after this time period to be told the item was not in stock!!! I chased again after a week and they said they dispatched it (15th February). I then chased them Friday to say that they will chase the courier as it is dispatched. Have heard nothing further from them and it is showing as not with the courier. I have asked them to cancel the order and refund me, but on looking at another review site I think I'm gonna have trouble getting my money back....avoid this company!!

Lure you in with attractive offers and prices, 3 weeks after an order was placed and no sign of it being dispatched, I would highly recommend avoiding this joke of a business altogether. Scroll down to see many disgruntled customers

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I brought a shampoo and conditioner on the 30th November 2019. Was waiting for my items, as I was desperately running low on my products. I emailed twice to try and understand why it wasn't taking to long to receive my items. I was first told it was a delivery issue and the second was told my items would be with me by the end of the week. It got to December 17th and my items still hasn't arrived. So again I emailed the company and asked to cancel and they advised they would refund me. Then on the 5th of January 2020 I got an email from the company confirming my items had been shipped?! I them called them twice, no answer and emailed saying I wanted to raise a complaint. As I cancelled my items and should have been refunded. Checked my card no refund was given. I was told I would be emailed once the issue was resolved and never was. Then I was told I was refunded, but it was never received. Twice I emailed about my refund and was fobbed off, told it had been processed and would reach me within 3-10 working days. So then, I went to my bank and asked them to raise a dispute and I have finally got my refund. The company's communicarion was shocking, full of lies. If anybody else has had similar issues, get a dispute raised with your bank! I am hoping this company gets shut down by Trading Standards. They have no care for their customers and no conscious.

I placed an order on 31st December, it’s now 23rd Feb and still no product. In January contacted several times, told the order was delayed due to the delivery company, the. told it was dispatched but no dispatch no and they’d check and come back to me, then I asked for owners email address, ignored. A week later I asked where the order is again and was given the exact same message that it was a problem with the delivery tracker no. Then told again it was problems with courier. Still no order and now I’m just being ignored. Avoid this company at all costs!!!

I placed my order on 5 January 2020. On 20 January 2020 I was told the order would be within me "within a week". When I still hadn't received them "within a week", I was told on 6 February 2020 that they'd be sent out to me "tomorrow". On 7 February 2020 they said they would send me a confirmation when the order was on its way (having said the previous day that they'd be sent on the 7th). On 10 February 2020 I received a text saying that my order has been shipped. On 19 February 2020 I sent a message asking when I could expect to receive the delivery. I have heard nothing since. I await your response. It makes me question if your 'reviews' are bona fide.

Worst possible customer service I have ever experienced. No one returns calls; no follow up with fake Hermes delivery advice. Do not use this company. All good reviews are false. I am reporting then to the Trading Standards Authority.

It’s a CON. They take your money and you will never receive your goods. Call your bank if you have fallen prey to them a launch a dispute for a refund.

I made an order for my conditioner on 27th January and still do not have this product. I was advised that they do not have the item in stock (after I chased them) and then have now waited another couple of weeks. I chased them last Thursday and was told it was being sent that day and over a week on it has still not been delivered. It is showing as despatched but Hermes haven't even received it yet. I have been emailing customer service the last couple of days but have had no response. I just want a refund now and do not want to order from them again!!

This should be a zero rating!!! I placed my order on 14th Jan - didn't arrive. I chased my order on three seperate occasions-;they promised on the three occasions it would be within the week - didnt arrive! Asked for a refund they said 3-10 days .... didn't get the refund! Spoke to my bank who took my complaint and they got my money back for me. They had my money for 6 weeks.... what sort of a business are they running - no producers just have our money for weeks OR in some cases (I have read about) forever.

’ve used Gooseberry Shop, Nottingham via their online platform in early 2019 and (despite a delayed delivery) they completed the order eventually (after a few chasing emails). I placed a Black Friday order, for the same goods, on 17/11/19 and have had nothing but excuses and delays. Their web shop replies to all emails promptly, but their actions don’t match their promises ! I eventually lost patience on 3/2/20 and requested a full refund, which they stated may take 3-10 business days to show in my account. Needless to say, this timescale wasn’t kept to, so I contacted my bank yesterday who managed to lodge a “chargeback” (due to the lack of refund) and the bank processed a full refund same day. Under the circumstances, I cannot recommend Gooseberry Online at all and would strongly advise you to shop elsewhere: Don’t be fooled by the discount codes and competitive prices : they’re out of their depth in the world of e-commerce and unavailable to talk to (via phone) in case of complaint !
