“Despite ordering my gourmet basket a week in advance, I was notified the morning it was to be delivered that the bottle of wine it was to include was not available. Given that I was told you'd only run out of that wine the day before, I was unimpressed that my money had been taken a week earlier but the products for the basket were not put aside to ensure the order was as advertised. It left me with very limited time to look for an alternative birthday gift as the suggested wine substitute was not satisfactory. The whole experience was therefore unsatisfactory and I would not be using Gourmet Baskets again, nor would I recommend them.”

“Timing was excellent and the recipient seemed very pleased. I guess I am trusting the contents were great and value for money as she would be happy regardless. But, I was so pleased it arrived on time for her special Covid birthday celebrating alone! Many thanks”

“Despite the fact that I placed the order several weeks before the due date, I was rung on the Friday afternoon before to be told that my order couldn't be filled. I had to quickly find something suitable to replace it. The time I took to choose something I thought my daughter would love and appreciate was then shortened to a rushed..what else can I do... In the end she did like what I purchased, but I personally think it would be better to make it ABUNDANTLY clear , perhaps if you order cheeses like I did, that the order won't be delivered on a Monday, even after I went back and looked, it was still hard to notice the small print at the top of the order page. I mean you're looking at the order, not the print at the top or the bottom of the page. perhaps a warning when you actually fill out the order to confirm something reminding you that the order cannot be delivered on a Monday.”
