“I am disappointed and very upset as my delivery wasn’t delivered on the scheduled day and no one contacted me to tell me. I had to ring up and no one was apologetic to me as it was very important it arrived on that day as a birthday gift. I am very upset with this delivery and will not be ordering from here due to this issue.”

“Delivery time was great. I was disappointed with the miniature snack type products. The chips were personal sized packs, which was ok but I don't know where you found such a little Jerky pack and the jar of nuts was tiny.”

“Our gluten free son-in-law was very impressed. We do not live near them and cannot travel so taking his word. He also loves a spa bath so thrilled with bath things including the candle. To have such if out of the way address I was thrilled that it made it on his birthday. Thankyou very much.”

“Product delivered on time with a beautiful box. Great job. As a first time overseas user, I was offered a $10 off discount for my 1st order. However was not able to actually redeem the discount at check out as instructed. $10 refund was offered the next business day. Appreciated. However, since I did not receive any messages re the refund. I was not aware of the transaction until one week later. Was quite upset about the merchant until I saw the refund. Overall, I am quite happy with the service. But the merchant can improve communicate with customers in the future.”
