“The recipient was delighted with the surprise gift delivered to her door (on time) and thoroughly enjoyed the items - a lovely treat amidst the Covid deprivations. I appreciated a phone call from the "basket-maker" inviting my input re a substitute item for one they were unable to supply. Thank you, team.”

“We were pleasantly surprised how quickly the hamper was delivered (especially with the known delay issues with anything through the postal system during the pandemic!). Thanks for organising it so quickly - it was for a bereavement, so we were anxious that it arrived safely.”
