“Aside from the delivery arriving a day earlier than ordered (which happened to be the recipient's wife's birthday and she thought it was for her) and I realise that the delivery service is out of your hands once it has left your premises, the intended recipient absolutely loved it. I would definitely use you guys again in the future.”
