“The worst experience I have had with any company. A person by the name of Natasha was rude and could not explain the stuff up of their web site, which said delivery was still available till the 23rd December, but she said delivery was closed on the 22nd in direct contravention to what they were advertising. Be very careful when dealing with this company as they appear to be very dodgy. I will never order from this company ever again.”

(sent to support+id92646@gourmetbaskethelp.zendesk.com>; service@gourmetbasket.com.au) Sorry that I have to use this forum for this request as I am still waiting patiently for my invoice as it is year end and I have to close out my company expense. For this reason I am giving you an overall rating as 6. As for "Who made the delivery" - how would I know what form of delivery was used as the delivery is managed by GB. This selection is just because of your tracking.”
