“I don't know if the birthday girl liked the basket, she hasn't opened yet. I asked for it to be delivered on the 7th September when her birthday is. Maybe you don't take notice of the required delivery date. I am sure it will be nice when it does get opened though.”

“Ordered a Thankyou gift 12 days ago. Still not delivered... No updates and even when I followed up the carrier despite having the booking number and both recipient and sender names they wouldn’t provide an update Over the phone because I didn’t have the recipients full address (it was a one off Thankyou gift to an employee). Been very disappointed with the whole experience.”
