“It seems to me that the packaging can be improved by using different colour of the ribbon chosen by the customer. Using black ribbon for festive occasion is not appropriate.”

“Our company always gets compliments when we send these out to employees/customers for any reason (present, EoY gift, get-well etc.) The customer service team are knowledgeable and efficient making the whole process smooth and easy.
