“This order was placed on 14/9/2022 for a delivery date of 26/9/2022. This order was supposed to be a gift for my mother-in-law who celebrated her 92nd birthday on this date. Stupidly, I mentioned to her yesterday during a telephone call for her birthday, to expect a special delivery of a gift for her birthday. Sadly I believe this did not happen. My wife and I feel sad, embarassed and very disappointed at this delay. Tracking on my computer indiates delivery expected today 27/9/2022, I really hope this does occur!”

We have looked into your order and can see the hamper arrived a day later then expected - please know our dates are a preferred delivery date & are not guaranteed, this is noted during the checkout process. With that said, we do understand the disappointment & although the hamper was slightly late, we hope it was still enjoyed by the recipient. Thank you, GB team

“Their website said it would delivered on Friday and it didn't get there til Tuesday. I didn't realise that the 17.90 delivery fee was Aust Post. Other hamper companies offer free delivery for post.so won't be using them again”

“I like the website, loyalty program and hampers (particularly when on sale), but the products in the hamper were all near end of life and tasted stale. This leaves a bad impression for the gift”
