“I had requested the gift to be delivered on a certain date and it was sent about 4 days earlier basically defeating the whole purpose of the gift and the surprise. When I asked why the response was not helpful. What is the point of having the option to select a date if you are just going to ship it when it suits you?”

“We specifically searched for a Brisbane distributor and was asked for delivery date when booking basket but it wasn't even packed until the day after we wanted it delivered and not delivered for over 4 days - our colleague was nearly back at work by then. Just need to be a little more realistic with where basket is coming from and how many days it will actually take for delivery.”
