“I live in Canada and order a gift basket for my daughter who lives in Australia. The online ordering process was quick and easy. The pictures and description of what was in the basket showed exactly what is included, and it had a nice variety of goodies. I received regular updates which made it easy for me track the delivery and gave me peace of mind knowing that it would be delivered on the requested delivery date. My daughter was thrilled to receive it and excited with all the goodies in the basket! Very pleased from beginning to end, and I would definitely use this service again. Many thanks!”

“I have previously used Gourmet Basket to deliver hampers to my family in Australia. I chose them to deliver a whiskey treat for my son-in-law's birthday. It arrived on the chosen date and he was delighted with it!”

“MY friend was absolutely over the moon at her gift basket I got a sneek peek at it also, and was very impressed at the quality and presentation. I will be using Gourmet Baskets again. A big thank you to your customer service and also Startrack for getting it here on time.”

“We have recently decided to started giving our client's hampers at the handover of their new home and we choose Gourmet Basket as our first. We are so glad we picked Gourmet Basket out of the many other hamper companies around. Our client was so impressed & over the moon and could not thank us enough for their hamper. The contents of the hamper was a perfect mix of sweet, savory and wines. All of the products looked great and very high quality, a very special and unique mix. It was also great that we could customise the hamper by adding in extra items. Overall an impressive gourmet hamper, presented beautifully with a custom ribbon featuring our company logo and a personalised card also featuring our company logo to top it all off. We received excellent service from all the team to make sure our first hamper was perfect. Gourmet Basket's communication and follow through was outstanding. Nothing was ever too much trouble and they went above and beyond to make sure the outcome was how it was, spot on! Delivery was quick and easy. It is safe to say that we will now be using Gourmet Basket for all of our home handovers going forward after our great first experience. Five plus stars, we highly recommend Gourmet Basket.”
