“Sent as a gift to my best friend for his birthday. Unfortunately the three pack whisky taste pack was unavailable however, gourmetbasket contacted me quickly and sorted that out with a replacement and upgraded bottle. Customer service was outstanding and my friend loves his gift. Thanks again for all your efforts.”
