“Hi - I actually have no idea if the basket I ordered was ever delivered, so I can't honestly answer the questions you have posed below. The recipient didn't respond (not really expected - it was a business acquaintance) and I received no notification from your company to let me know that it had been delivered. I think that this would be a handy addition to your service in future - to tell the sender that the basket has been delivered. Thank you.”

“Unfortunately the gift did not arrive on the date requested despite plenty of notice being given to allow for any unforeseen delays. The company did refund the delivery cost but not quite the point when you arrange a surprise birthday gift.”
