“I love you guys and have use you on quite a few occasions but this wasn’t the best experience. The courier service couldn’t deliver on the same day ( not their fault as recipient not home) but then failed to attempt delivery the next business day but said they had delivered it. Then also had problems the next day but finally delivered after a bit of chasing up bit also confirmed delivery to some. random name not at the address. In the end it was delivered to the intended recipient but was not a great experience. Maybe try another courier service?”
