“Your website wouldn’t let me override to next day delivery and continued to charge me for same day delivery even (which is almost double the cost). I tried calling and also attempted to use your messaging service. No response to date even though I have been overcharged.”

“Hi I had a great experience with your rep Hanna/Hannah? She was able to help me select a hamper for our boss at short notice and get it delivered same day to his home which is quite a distance out of Sydney. He loved the wine and the products too. Service and products were exceptional! Will definately use gourmetbasket again.”
