“The recipient was thrilled with her Gourmet Basket gift. The online tracking was really helpful from the Giver point of view. However, Startrack let the gift down as they did not attempt to deliver the gift and presumed due to Covid lockdown the recipient would not be at the business address - even though the business was open. They evidently delivered straight to a nearby post office - which delayed the gift's receipt by 3 days.”

“In these unusual times with COVID, it was a perfect choice for a gift without the availability of shops and restrictions with travel & contact.
