“I incorrectly duplicated the order. The customer service people were quick to contact me and confirm my error and told me they would arrange a refund for the duplicated order. All good so far . . . still waiting for the refund!”

“I asked for the hamper to be delivered on the 22nd December to Townsville, QLD. I have tracked the hamper and it left Brisbane on the 22nd, went to Sydney??? God knows why? And there it still is! It’s the 23rd dec and still not delivered. You would think someone in logistics would use their brain and send the hamper a few days before the due date so it arrived on time not on the delivery date. And as for why it went backward to Sydney?? I’m left disappointed as this was a Christmas present and obliviously now it’s not”

“Ordering a hamper from a company 12,000 miles away was quite daunting, not knowing the company or the quality of the contents. My stepdaughter rang me to say it had been delivered and she and her partner were delighted with it. They plan to spend Christmas Day on the beach eating and drinking the contents of the hamper. Fantastic company, quality and service.”

“The selection was very good! The only problem was they delivered a day early (before the date requested) so the gift arrived a day before the birthday not on her birthday unfortunately. Otherwise fine.”
