“Sent my used phone nearly 3 weeks ago and have been chasing ever since. After assurances that they would pay ‘the day after they received the phone’ I thought, well why not. Anyway, 2 weeks on, they offered me two thirds of the initial offer for a one year old phone. I asked for it to be returned ASAP and, well that was a week ago and the Royal Mail tracking number they gave me says that Royal Mail still haven’t received the phone... Maybe they are inundated with phones and I’m sure they’re affected by Covid but if that is the case, change what it says on your website and in your communication. Maybe the phones they sell are great but when it comes to selling your old phone, based on my experience, I would use someone else. Fingers crossed that I eventually get my phone back...”

“For the past two days I have rang your company to find out about my refund I have tried to contact you over 30 times I’ve been connected and then I’ve been cut off and said I’ve got to email. This is not acceptable you’re not replying to my emails and I haven’t had a refund I’m going to take it further to trading standards and contact my bank and contact layby and hopefully they will remove you as a customer”
