“The product itself was excellent but I paid £15 for 1 day delivery and not only did I not receive the delivery but no-one from Grasslands Turf or the courier company notified me that I would not be receiving the delivery. I had to make multiple calls to chase the delivery and received it a day late. I was then refused a refund on the delivery charge.”

“The turf is brilliant!!! I had taken the premium quality one and it turned out to be just brilliant. The delivery was on time , the driver was very helpful and not a single sheet of grass was damaged. Worth every penny paid !!!! Thank you grassland turfs????????????”

“The turf was delivered on time. At least 5 of the turf rollf were torn, quality through was not as good as I had expected. At least half had a white residue which we had to brushed off. Despite this turf seems to be settling in well. I would recvommend Grasslands.”

“The 40mm slate chippings were delivered in good time and the driver placed them as requested. Good service and the driver was absolutely fantastic - helpful and polite. I would have no hesitation in recommending your company to others. Thank you”

“Product was good, delivery on time although unlike some companies, they cant get things to you within a couple of days. They sell the same products on a national website >30% more expensive than on a local website and I don't think its treating the customer fairly. There is no difference other than the website. It's sharp practice and they should be embarrassed.”

“arrived earlier than we expected and followed my instructions regards where to leave them as I was at work when they arrived. Good price and pleased with the size of the slate. Only comment is that the plum slate ordered looks more blue when dry”

“I ordered a tonne bag of slate on the Wednesday and it was deliveres on the friday. Amazing service. Communication is also second to none. Very nice, genuine people. Thank you”

“Placed order no delivery date option given Left note for delivery next week mon/tue got phone call unable to make requested dates ok Agreed on wed/thur on the Tuesday get an email delivery will be Friday So called in Friday no good to me as back to work 12 hr shifts all weekend Told to pay £30 for upgraded delivery so asked for refund call taker became rude and put the phone down Would recommend C B Winters called them that arftanoon turf deliverd next morning now that's service”
