“We placed two separate orders for 1000 kg of Scottish Beach Pebbles 20-40 mm. The order process was easy and the product arrived on the fourth working day after our orders were placed, which was right in the middle of the advertised 3 to 5 working day delivery period. We live on a hill and had to assist both drivers with unloading the product as 1000 kg bags on a manual pallet mover is a lot for a single person. The vast majority of the product was within the specified dimensions and of good quality (very few chipped).”

“Delivery was very prompt and I was called to let me know exactly when to expect slate. The position they dropped the bag was very considerate as not simply dumped on drive but put towards the edge. Quality was exactly as described and the amount suggested perfect for job. Definitely use again and recommend to friends. Thank you”

“We were very pleased with the overall service and delivery time, even though it was over the Easter break. The prices were very competitive and I think we ordered the items just in time before the prices were increased. The turf was a bit disappointing but has been resolved and would still recommend Grasslands and staff were very friendly and helpful.”

“If you are looking for cobblestones do not look any further than Grasslands. The delivery was on time, they match the description perfectly and the customer care team that called me to ensure accurate delivery were fantastic. Definitely would recommend and will use again”

“read reviews before ordering about problem drivers, well the grasslands driver was great delivered to the place I required no problems, couple of the rolls were a little wider why I don't know, but easy enough to work round. Out of the 30 rolls only 1 was thrown away due to being ripped, could have used part of it but I had enough left over. One suggestion is to grasslands could they not put in a free small bag of fertiliser to put down prior to turfing. A nice touch done by a couple of other firms.”

“ordered turf on Friday on web-site very good price rang on Monday to get estimated time of arrival very good customer service as the lady on phone said she would ring driver to see what time he would be with me she then rang me back and driver was with me before the time stated driver was brilliant asked were we wanted it put very friendly and help full and the quality of the turf is brill will be recommending grasslands to all thank you and can you thank the driver he was brill”

“Second time using Grasslands turf. We chose Stadium as we have dogs who run around the garden. The grass is excellent, strong, fast growing and a rich green. We're very impressed with quality & fast efficient service”

“No customer services Delayed goods No reply to complaints i called their customer services line, no one ever answers. I emailed asking why my order was 3days late. The courier company phones me asking me to phone the driver and update her on Monday. This company does not care or take ownership. I received no apology.”

“The website was easy to use and we received prompt updates about the order. The delivery driver was extremely courteous, efficient and effective. He positioned the vehicle safely on the road, put the goods onto the drive exactly where we asked, and was very polite and helpful. Thank you.”

“One of the proposed delivery days wasn't convenient but a got a speedy reply to my email requesting no delivery on that day. The delivery man was most helpful in getting the product into my back garden, which is especially useful as I might have quite a lot left over! The product (topsoil blend) was easy to rake into the gaps and depressions in my lawn.”

“I had to wait until 5.45 pm for my delivery which was a little frustrating but once I received my bulk bag of slate I was very pleased with the quality, colour (blue) and how full the bag was. I would certainly use Grasslands again.”

“The end product was just what I wanted but it did take some getting hold of. Staff were we really helpful but supply was very slow. Turned out that after the initial delivery date was set they realised it was out of stock. It would have been nice to get the extra bag that I asked for and was told I would receive, but you can't have everything. Overall a pleasant experience but just with technical issues!”

“Poor customer service. Delivery was made not on our property but dumped on the pavement outside a day later then promised. Turf was average. We were only patching up the side garden, won't be using this company to supply us with turf when the rear garden gets landscaped as we will require a large order and they use delivery companies who can't access even the easiest of driveways.”

“Excellent service, delivery within a couple of days and the slate was a much nicer blue than it looked on the internet, more a grey blue, it has transformed my garden, very pleased indeed.”
