Oase akasztós szűrő csendes működés írtak. A macskák dorombolàsa 20 cm - ről amihez hasonlót hallottam. Eddig bármelyik akasztós szűrő sokkal halkabb volt ennél. Nem értem miért írtak a leírásban csendes működést. Örülnék ha mások nem lennének megtévesztve hasonlóan. Jobban járna mindenki ha ezt a leírást megváltoztatnàk. Köszönöm, hogy ezt elolvasták.

Overall the plants looked healthy even though they travelled through Balkans, but the Micro & Macro fertilizers came without a pump despite the fact that the website description of the fertilizers said it was included.

Dear Michalis, thank you for your review. Glad to hear the plants arrived safely on this long trip. The pump is only included in the smaller fertilizers as the 1 liter can is a refiller. Will double check the product descriptions to make sure we do not have it there.

Üdvözlöm! Én személy szerint hiányosnak találom a webes szolgáltatást. Kaptam egy "rendelés visszaigazolást" amiben ez állt: "Köszönjük weboldalunkon leadott rendelését. Ez egy automata levél, amely nem minősül visszaigazolásnak" Ennek ellenére elutaltam az összeget, bár legtöbb helyen kapok egy számlabekérő levelet, ami konkrét ajánlatnak minősül, illetve ha netán hiánycikk valamelyik temék, akkor vagy felajánlanak mást, vagy levonják a megrendelésből. Majd amikor utalásra kerül az összeg, kapok szintén egy levelet, mi szerint megkapták az összeget, és feldolgozásra került. Ezután a futár szokott következni... bár a feladásról már önöktől is kaptam igazolást, még ha a futászolgálat levele gyorsabb is volt majd egy fél nappal, mint az önöké. A rendelést egy szombati napon adtam le, és utaltam el, kedden hívtam önöket mi szerint péntekre itt lesz. Sajnos csak 8nap múlva hétfőn jött meg. Ami önnmagában nem is lenne baj, ha erről értesítve vagyunk mi mikor történik. Mindezek ellenére a temékekkel, és a csomagolással elégedett vagyok. Talán még rendelek önöktől, de ezt még átgondolom.

Kiszállítás megfelelő, weboldal design kinézet kitűnő, kommunikáció kimagasló, kínálat egyedülálló, bár kifejezetten csak az tehetős és igényes vásárlók számára! A raktárkészlet az utóbbi időben nagyon hiányos, nincs infó mikor érkezik a termék!

Dear Martin, Thanks for your honest review. Shipping plants sometimes risk damage, especially if the plants travel a bit longer or the weather is too cold or warm. product is great as expected but the pachage has been trowed away by the delivery service in my front yard without notice on a rainy day! you should send package with sign at reception

Good evening, I'm sorry I can't give full marks. I am a follower of your youtube channel and I find your contents very professional and useful for us aquarium hobbyists. My order was shipped quickly with all the required materials and in an impeccable package. Unfortunately I found the pinset as used with the dirt container. This hasn't changed anything for my use, but I was surprised at this as I am a staunch fan of yours.

Packing a little crowded so the packet of the oase cisors and chihiros pincettes was crushed, items were fine but had to find a box to make the gift wrap for Christmas. More fragile objects were more carefully placed and totally fine so no real damage done.

my second order, for some in vitro plant....good package and quick delivery...but, 1 of the pot of plant was open ! and it was not due to the delivery( plastic was cut in a good way! result plant came a little dry.....)...don't know if some piece of plant was missing....that why only 3 stars....otherwise it will be 5.

Very good service but poor packaging. One of ADA in vitro plants got squashed and the fertilizer that the plant was in was on my other stuff.

For this particular order it took longer than usual and I didn’t receive an email with tracking. Plus it was difficult to find the tracking in the order info on the site, cause it would not open any info. I assumed it was GLS so I was eventually able to find more info but I remember this was available info in previous orders. Most of the planta received were in medium condition. Not the usual fresh and healthy plants that you get with in-vitro cups but on the contrary they were shrunk and not so healthy. They are still having a hard-time picking up in the tank and some had shrunk so much that it’s difficult for them to stick to the soil and I found them floating around often and had to replant. Had better experiences in the past. Keep it up!

Az átvetett külső szűrő doboza olyan volt mintha fociztak volna vele félve nyitottam ki,szerencsére a készülék sértetlen volt.Az üzlet csodálatosan szép az ilyen apróságoknak!!! nem volna szabad előfordulnia.
