my second order, for some in vitro plant....good package and quick delivery...but, 1 of the pot of plant was open ! and it was not due to the delivery( plastic was cut in a good way! result plant came a little dry.....)...don't know if some piece of plant was missing....that why only 3 stars....otherwise it will be 5.

Generally the order is dispatched with 1-2 days but this time more than 5 days have passed and the order is yet to be dispatched

Very good service but poor packaging. One of ADA in vitro plants got squashed and the fertilizer that the plant was in was on my other stuff.

For this particular order it took longer than usual and I didn’t receive an email with tracking. Plus it was difficult to find the tracking in the order info on the site, cause it would not open any info. I assumed it was GLS so I was eventually able to find more info but I remember this was available info in previous orders. Most of the planta received were in medium condition. Not the usual fresh and healthy plants that you get with in-vitro cups but on the contrary they were shrunk and not so healthy. They are still having a hard-time picking up in the tank and some had shrunk so much that it’s difficult for them to stick to the soil and I found them floating around often and had to replant. Had better experiences in the past. Keep it up!

Az átvetett külső szűrő doboza olyan volt mintha fociztak volna vele félve nyitottam ki,szerencsére a készülék sértetlen volt.Az üzlet csodálatosan szép az ilyen apróságoknak!!! nem volna szabad előfordulnia.

Product arrived in good condition and everything working as expected. However, when i pay over £40 for shipping i expect it to arrive on time, which it did not.

Dear Joe, thanks for your feedback, we appreciate it. Unfortunately we do not have control over the UK export process. We have a rough delivery time which slightly can change based on the customs administration. Hope this will be faster and better in the future between the EU and UK.

you are absolutely the best but you are too much expensive for same products according prices of other shops with the same brands and same articles so this is not acceptable for this reason only 3 stars, I know that you are the first to have some new products but you cannot sell them always at prices more high of the other shops on line

All the palts arrived in not perfect condition. In particular rotala indica arrived in bad condition/quality. From order to shipment top many days. I m follower of GA on social/youtube and this mi firs order. I hope better in future orders.

Üdv, A Dennerle Micranthemum spec.´Montecarlo' PAD növény, Dennerle - Lilaeopsis brasiliensis PAD jelölésű rácson érkezett, viszont Tropica zacsiban, ami történetesen nem is lenne gond, én is próbálok mindig leleményes lenni. A növényt az érkezés másnapján csomagoltam ki és szerettem volna ültetni, azonban mind a két „pad” növény a gyökereitől kb. 70/80%-ban teljesen el volt sárgulva, elmállott levelekkel. Ezeket körülbelül 3 órán keresztül próbáltam eltávolítani a még talán egészségesnek vélt levelekről… kisebb-nagyobb sikerrel. Nyilván egyrészről a vásárló azért vásárol PAD jelölésű növényt, mert így nagyobb mennyiséget kap, másrészről ezúttal abszolút ideális lett volna a növényt feldarabolt rácsokon ültetni. Sajnos nekem most egyik sem sikerült. Egyrészről a rácsról kénytelen voltam leszedni a nővényt, másrészről pedig két hét után a veszteség 100% Monte Carlo ügyileg. A rothadó/málló növényeket vasárnapi fakultatív programként kiszedegettem az Amazonia talajból a 120-P-s akváriumból, és csak remélhetem, hogy nem önt el az alga. A termék fotója nem a küldött terméket mutatta, egy korábbi modellé. Egy zajszint érték hasznos lenne, ez a készülék zavaróan hangos sajnos. A szállítás gyors, az ügyintéző segítőkész volt.

Nagy elvárásokkal mentem, életemben először.Bár komoly összeget hagytam ott, nem különösebben foglalkoztak velem szakmailag.Bár az is igaz, hogy volt azért néhány vásárló.De ennyi erőcel rendelhetek webáruházakból is.

The overall platform and staff knowhow is quite good. The delivery updates and delivery time window could use some updates. Either GLS or Green Aqua need to clarify and remedy these inadequacies.

Thank you for your feedback, appreciate that you shared your thoughts. This definitely helps us to further improve the service. Unfortunately in the current situation with COVID most of the shipping companies struggle with delays, communication issues, lost packages. The majority of the orders go out smoothly, but timely we're facing issues in different parts of the EU. The partial lockdowns with cities, regions does not help with this. Hopefully, things will be back to normal soon.

I purchased JBL outset spray 16/22 but there is a wrong photo in the detail (JBL outset wide) so I ordered incorrect product. It works too but I was dissapointed a little. You should check it. Thank you

Kínálatunkban inkább a közép és felső kategóriás termékek szerepelnek, mert a megbízhatóság és ügyfeleink elégedettsége fontosabb számunkra. Büszkék vagyunk rá, hogy növényes akváriumokhoz a legnagyobb kínálattal rendelkezünk. Amennyiben konkrét terméket hiányol, kérjük legközelebb jelezze kollégáinknak és megfontoljuk a kínálat bővítésekor.

Guys, you're great, really. I love the youtube channel, I love the shop, I love everything you do. Still, my Hygrophyla pinnatifida UK arrived to Italy as a marmalade, I hope to make it survive but I had to put in the garbage about 80% of the leaves. Definitely not your fault: it was packed excellently, I guess the real problem has been GLS. Another thing: the site is functional, but is not as intuitive as, lets say, aquasabi, which is not the best but a little easier to use when it comes to the search of the things to buy. It's still good and I don't dislike it, but you could improve that part.
