“I normally dont buy from GSF car parts but when they had the exhaust part I needed with 60% off, was worth buying and collecting. Also saved the hassle of delivery for large part. Would purchase again if needed - wish they had more choice of brands. However the ones they do carry seem ok, for other items I might buy again if in stock at local branch. Also if there is an issue it would be easier to go back, sometimes I buy online from abroad and the return shipping would cost more than the items worth. I don't mind GSF, however I am not that keen on the other national car parts places. I got to GSF on a Saturday morning and they had my order ready to and I could pay on collection.”

“Good company to deal with. Rather confusing regarding discounts. If you buy on line to get discount then you wait a day for it to get to the local depot even when they have the stock. You are the same company”

“Prices are ok. Delivery time was very good. Trying to use the online 'Account' for access to see order updates etc is absolutely useless though. And after emailing twice to enquire why it was so bad their reply completely ignored my query.”

“Good customer service, however since there is not always staff at the front desk there should be a bell to ring so staff know when there is a customer waiting for service at the front desk.”

“I rang and order the parts I needed and they were ready and waiting when I got there the only downside side was that I had to pay then be refunded which meant another trip. Not their fault I guess.”

“I ordered a pair of wiper blades for my Mini made by Bosch on line to be picked up in my local store. I picked them up but I kept being bombarded by emails telling me that they were still waiting for me at the store and I couldn’t tell them I already had them.”

“In the past I've never had issues with GSF, bit my last order was incorrect as I was dispatched the incorrect, inferior part than what I paid for. The mistake was corrected via a refund but I would have expected to been offered the opportunity to return and replace the part. Overall though, great company to deal with and I'll gladly use again.”

“Purchased two control arms online which was very simple to do, items were ready for collection the next day. There was a slight defect with one of the items which was due to being from old stock and defective packaging (a slight difference of the support plate and rust on the weld), staff were very friendly and helpful, ordered a replacement which arrived the following day. Overall very happy with the service and price, however a bit more care could have been taken when selecting parts from stock.”

“After entering my cars registration number to ensure I received the correct part I received the wrong item. I was suspicious even before I removed my faulty part as it didn't fit the box. My local branch in Sittingbourne had correct item and returned the wrong part and pulled this review up from 2 star to 4 with the helpful attitude.”

“Everything was great, but I ordered 2 brake spray cleaner and I get just one. Pays for two 🤷‍♂️ Because it’s takes so long to find them, I was rushing and missed 🙄”

“I ordered a part at GBP12, only to find a few moments later that the same part was available from GSF at GBP8. I contacted them, and they immediately cancelled and refunded the GBP12 order. The GBP8 order arrived promply a couple of days later. No quibble service.”
