“A good and patient service even rang me to tell me my parts were in after I collected them”

“Only 4 stars as the site said the O2 sensor I ordered would fit my car (after putting in my registration) but it didn't resulting in another 1 hour round trip to the nearest shop to return. Apart from that the prices were reasonable and the staff were friendly and helpful.”

“Good friendly ,staff but my order wasn't ready like the email stated and had to wait 5-10 mins for the person to find the goods even asked for help from another colleague and they was told not to ,which in front of a customer isn't great customer service .”

“price was good but website/email was an absolute nightmare. My son phoned the company and had a good result but email contact (still awaiting a response) was awful. Delivery went to billing address rather than shipment but it was sorted out by contacting UPS. It made the delivery a couple of days late”

“Always seem to get the que at the shop,, so ordering on line saves time and money with codes. Home delivery is a bit unpredictable time wise but otherwise good.”
