“Good price and great service at Derby. The website needs some work though, poor photos that don't load, inconsistent access and error messages.”

“Purchased a wheel bearing based on the reg of the vehicle, on getting it back home I found out it was the incorrect part. Purchased in a store far from home as passing when i took it back they where unsure if they could refund however manager said i could. Good price and easy to refund once authorised.”

“OK ish, except I managed to get tied up in the on-line order system. which resulted in two orders. When doing the first I went out of the order system to check availability at my local branch, and after a while when I logged on again there was a reminder e-mail to say I had left items in my basket. Agreeing with this i then ordered the rest of the items, but this produced a second order. But speed of delivery and accuracy of order were good. Also got a reminder on Bank Holiday Monday that I had not picked the order up - I had phoned on Saturday afternoon, and was told that all items had not arrived. John Smith”

“Was happy with the service received when picking up,i was disappointed that to pick it up local I had to order through the sister site which worked out to be £15 more expensive for the battery than through the gsf site”
