“The wipers did not have the correct connector. That happens which is OK. Took it withing 24 hrs to return it the man at the till was so rude. This on top of having to wait until 2 employees were chatting to each other.”

“Very disappointing experience. I came in to discuss returning a recently purchased battery and was spoken to in a rude, dismissive, and unprofessional manner by a female member of staff. She made no effort to listen, explain properly, or show basic customer service. I understand store policies, but there is no excuse for how I was spoken to. A simple respectful conversation would have been enough. Based on this experience alone, I wouldn’t recommend this place.”
