Ordered battery on line for pickup from Maidstone branch received email saying ready 10 minutes after saying ready Only negative was had to pay but GSF had good discount all in all very good service

Had an email to say all items had been dispatched. Only half of the items were delivered, with no indication there were two deliveries. I sent an email to the address stated for if there were any issues. I got an auto reply saying that email address is not monitored. The other parts arrived the following day. There were only one option for brake discs for my v90, but they are not the correct size. This seems to be a common problem with GSF and Volvo, as it was the same with my XC70.

Only problem was I did a order for home delivery. One item came . Phoned local parts shop up they cant tell me anything or a phone number to look into this. It took me over a hour looking for getting a phone number. The man then said the other parts are from 3rd party people and will be delivered by next Monday. So a week waiting for parts.No email no invoice or any paperwork. The thing is the 1st order for same items you never added our door number on it so got returned then I had to phone them up to.re order the same parts

I’ve ordered online twice for GSF and both times the website advised that my items would be at my local store after 10.00am the following day. However, when I turned up to pick it up it hadn’t been delivered to them and they asked me to return the following day. On arrival the following day it still hadn’t turned up, but the Manager agreed to replace my product with a similar slightly more expensive product at my original order price. The Manger resolved the issue, but this is the second time I’ve had to return to my local GSF counter to pick up an item I ordered on line that wasn’t ready as informed and it puts me off ordering again.
