“Ordered next day delivery on a Febi water pump. Still no sign of it after 7 days. 3 phone calls later to be told the order hadn't been dealt with correctly, so another 4 days wait. I asked for a refund. Ordered it from Febi direct for next day. Wish I'd known beforehand. Poor show GSF!”

“Excellent in getting the part I needed quickly however, when I went to collect the part the experience wasn't particularly pleasant. The guy at the service counter was polite and professional however, a guy called Tony in the office behind was constantly shouting at his staff to make sales calls. He was extremely loud and appeared to be bully in my opinion. Not very professional and extremely off putting for costumer's waiting for parts. I won't be returning. He certainly wouldn't work for me.”

“I still have a missing part outstanding I’ve been Calling all week and haven’t been able to speak to anybody. I’ve had t buy a part from a different supplier now. I will be requesting a refund for the missing item”
