“Despite the delivery date stating 3 days , it arrived the following morning which is fantastic service. Website is easy to navigate and I can't find fault with the service. Excellent and exceptional is all I have to say.”

“Purchased van battery. Emailed me back stating No stock and would refund and would see funds 2-3 days. 6 days later still waiting for refund and not replying to my email. Very poor service Will not use again. As I'm self employed I have lost business and my van is out of action and can't afford another battery until the refund appears.”

“Generally OK - although when I wanted oil recently - there was none available locally and I was only able to order 1 litre for local collection in 2 days time. As I wanted 2 litres, I had to duplicate the order to get my required 2 litres. Odd,?????”
