“GFS were swift to deleiver and also to accept a full refund for the parts which unfortunately did not fit my car althought the website led me to beleive they would. Mistakes happen and i would use them again”

“Been using GSF for a while now. Good discount. Happy to deliver or click an collect. Do find the website plays up now and again. Can't understand why you can't get same price at the counter as you do online. But when it works it saves your reg so you get the right parts every time.”

“Staff is not very polite with the customers. "I am working in this industry for 25 years so I know ... " - an example of a reply which you can get from a worker at GSF. Website needs a big improvement with more info about the products they are selling.”

“I bought the car battery for reasonable price from Bilston road branch Wolverhampton.. but the staff inside the office who dealt with me the behaviour to be fair was really not much friendly when I asked him please can you check for me the ordered I placed for Car battery is the right one ... he checked for me what I asked from him but really he was not much happy to do this one”

“It's not the first time I've used GSF and have found an easy experience with buying and delivery. Unfortunately this time I was sent the wrong part even though I followed instructions concerning registration number etc. I'm sure they'll correct this error and don't see any reason why I won't use this company for future necessities. All in all, a pretty good experience. Thanks GSF”

“Prompt , efficient and helpful counter staff. Click and collect worked very well. The item was priced as well as anything I found. I am very happy to recommend this outlet. Parking was a bit of a problem - mostly because of the many GSF delivery vans around. Not a lot of space left for callers.”
