“Thanks for the great service and good price. The card payment terminal at the Coventry store was slow and clunky and needed to be rebooted so that I can pay by card.”

“Went to the Cheltenham branch to get a new air con condenser. Chap couldn't have been more helpful sorting out my incompetance in trying to arrange a click and collect that never went through. 10 out of 10 for service.”

“Staff very helpful when contacted. Battery listed on-line as appropriate for my car - a Zafira, turned out not to fit. Replacement ordered and collected from store with no hassle. Can't understand why a battery with obvious incorrect dimensions was listed as applicable to my car.”

“Click and collect worked well. Young male staff member who quipped ironically "living the dream" managed to get a laugh out of me, quite an achievement. Sometimes, although not this time, the website fails to recognise discount codes and is painfully slow.”

“I don’t have any issue with gsf but prices which one You see online its definitely to high specially everyone know that is always discount code so price will be lower anyway. I think they should be straight forward but You can still give a discount on some days or weeks for some special prices”

“I ordered a Yuasa battery for my 2000 year model Audi A8, LWB 4.2. Unfortunately the correct fit batter is an 019 and the one sent was a smaller battery. This should have been collected last Friday. I phoned last Saturday to advise no collection which is where we remain today. Thank you, David”
