“Awful Service, never known incompetence like it. Ordered 4 glow plugs, charged for 4, only 3 arrived in post. GSF ordered the plug to arrive at my local Coventry branch, after travelling there, was told it’s not been ordered. Phone to complain, the said they will send a new one to arrive on Monday, it’s now Wednesday with no sign of the glow plug.”

“Parts sold are extensive and of a good price plus the service in store excellent. The website on a mobile not so good. I wanted wiper blades for a 2013 Passat. Having entered my reg and selected an option for my car only I was presented with a list of options. I selected one off the list and was then asked to check from a scrolling list that my car was on it. Tried to but it was time consuming and the list kept locking up. Got home to find wipers subtly different, went to a different website to confirm model number required, reordered from GSF and exchanged without a problem.”
