“Rather long delay using the click and collect service as only 1 member of staff available and they were dealing with a battery sale and taking in two old ones, which was proving problematic. Also I did and still can't get the spark plugs I ordered. The GSF system changed the part number from that ordered to another one that was supplied. Technically mis selling under the sale of goods actually as I didn't receive what I ordered. I'm still considering what to do as supplied parts were fitted, but technically incorrect. Not impressed at all.”
