“Ordered parts through registration plate,they give me Wrong ones, garage fit them to my car then realised they are wrong! Checked the sistem ,again with registration number and sistem shows that the parts i got are not for my car even though night before i was ordering them for the same car! They refuse to give refund or atleast a discount as its was their sistem fault!”

“Ordered set of Brembo pads based on registration number. Wrong ones arrived. Turns out car was built in middle of ' change over year ' could have been any one of three types of caliper. Contacted GSF, turns out they're just down the road from me. Got in touch, told to pop down with pads and receipt and would be swapped for correct ones. No quibbles. Great service. Cheers”
