“Have bought many items from Gsf. Recently I purchased two body panels one of which was of poor quality but when I made them aware of this the matter was quickly dealt with so all in all an excellent company helping me keep our T25 caravelle up and running. Well done gsf”

“Good customer service. An issue over incorrect brake pads was settled promptly and professionally. I have been refunded in full for the return postage and I expect that the refund for the brake pads will follow shortly. Based on this experience, I would definitely buy parts from GSFCarparts again.”

“Very quick delivery and good discount codes make it very affordable. Would be 5 stars but not all vehicles are automatically populated by registration and there have been a few occasions when the wrong part has been listed for my vehicles.”

“I am very happy with the quality and price of parts I bought from GSF. The online ordering process was straightforward and when I called with a query the operator was very helpful. However, I was completely disatisfied with the Parcelforce delivery service, which ruined the experience. Parcelforce took my parcel out for delivery on 3 consecutive days with no attempt made to deliver (end of route, driver ran out of hours). In the end I had to incur a circa 20 mile round trip to collect from their depot myself as I was desperate for the parts. GSF’s primary competitor uses DHL, who’s service is impeccable and this would drive me to use them more in future.”

“The quality of the exhaust was top notch and the price was great too. Had the collection counter been open at the advertised 08:00 rather than the staff member turning up on his motorbike at 08:05 and not serving until almost 10 minutes after the hour, my review would be 5*.”

“This is a great system for my workshop and my personal purchases. Spending approximately £5k a year still doesn't seem to be enough to justify getting an account according to their account managers though. With an account delivery is free the same day but apparently we don't qualify from the Heathrow centre.”

“Ordered my required Parts from your website, and turned up the next day at the Castle brom store and they were waiting for me. I did find the discount codes confusing, the price was slashed by 56% using a code that popped up in the chat window, why not just price the parts with the included discount?”
