“I brought an inner tie rod for a 2011 corsa the part was exactly the same as the original part removed. All accessories was included with the part at a great price with the weekend offers. Keep the great weekly offers coming GSF.”

“Ordered replacement fan belt for Suzuki wagon r online, collected same day from bletchley store. The belt that was meant to fit was one size too small. Had it replaced for no change in cost same day. Brilliant service, belt has been perfect. No squeaking like the one I bought from euro car parts. Would be 5 stars if the correct part was reccomend in the first place but mistakes happen.”

“It's good but........ Can't fault the staff product knowledge, that is right on point, but it's not my fault that head office sends out emails to customers to get 60% off their order. Take it up with them don't make me feel awkward because I took advantage of it. Likewise I don't think it is appropriate that you discuss openly how much a particular customer has spent with you and the little profit your branch made. Because the knowledge is so good I tend to overlook the general state of the customer area. The same oil stain has been on that floor tile for as long as I can remember. Again I can put up with it when I am getting these price deals, if I wasn't I may think twice.”

“Happy overall the only downfall is on the clarity of how many spark your ordering as it says your application on how many plugs your car has .But the its per plug I was ordering a service pack and i added spark plugs to the basket but there was only 1 plug upon collection. Please make a option for a set as well as individual ones.”

“I ordered a starter for my C3, but twice the wrong one was listed and delivered by the computer. Normally this would have angered me, but the desk man was very helpful, eventually contacting the manufacturer directly and getting them to send a new one.”

“The experience was 95% straightforward and pleasing. Good website, easy to navigate and understand. Good ordering system for delivery or collection. And also very good communication (friendliness and helpfulness) with the team at Cardiff Bessemer Road having telephoned for advice regarding collection of ordered parts. My negative impressions are centred on the bad language used by the some of the staff whilst they are in the stock room behind the shopfront area. They may use any language they like in private but they should also remember that: 1) sound travels and they should not risk been overheard in the public areas 2) the customer is to be respected and that some of their customers may be unfamiliar or unimpressed by the use of such language and 3) in the retail trade where you are trying to build customer loyalty and ensure repeat business, you should not offend the customer. 4) manners and politeness are crucial. That said, GSF are great and I would use again. Mr M, Gwent”
