Good prices and the battery was delivered on time. They lost a mark because the website isn't brilliant. For example you can't leave delivery instructions.

Website was easy to use and the click and collect service was slick. Counter service was good, so overall experience was very good. Only negative was out of two options ( OEM part or Cheaper) only the cheaper part was in stock. Will use again.

This was the first time I had collected an order from the branch. The replacement switch had to have its locking tabs trimmed by a 1mm for it lock into place. Otherwise ok.

Part ordered on line - card debited - wrong part arrived 3 days later - Oooops Pone call to GSF, photos required of part, please return - part collected. Sorry we are completely out of stock for your part - wrong part collected. Refunded in full ! Excellent ...

The online price is not always better than the in-store price (brake calipers 10x more expensive AFTER a 60% online discount) but overall it's quite good. Worth checking the price in store anyway just in case.

When I rang head office they told me that the parts were out of stock and there were non to be had, when I rang the local shop they got me what I wanted within hours. The moral of this story, head office might be in charge but they don't have a clue what they're doing. Moral stay with the local shop.

I found the Wolverhampton store to be quite unhelpful. However, the Smethwick store delivered excellent customer service. I had to wait awhile for my order, due to arriving early so no worries there Thank you

Attended the Ashton gate store in Bristol to collect a click and collect order. Met by friendly staff and order was collected in a very short time. Good value for the money and pleased with the quality of service

I ordered a set of ignition coils via Click & Collect. They took several days to arrive which effectively meant after Christmas. When they arrived I recognised that they were incorrect. The GSF staff checked this on the GSF site and determined that the delivered parts (2-off) had both been incorrectly numbered on the carton. He checked other depots and determined that of the 4 held in stock across the country, one other was also incorrectly labelled. The correct parts were delivered and collected. A good outcome thanks to Karl in Poole Depot, just took a bit longer than expected partly due to the holiday period.
