“I ordered a battery for my van, the price was competitive against other outlets, but I then cancelled because I saved £10 by using my trade card from a big car and bike outlet in Eastbourne. I will use GSF again.”

“Great prices, website fairly easyvto navigate but could do with more accurate categories. Eg, engine and list of subcategories is not showing seals/gaskets”

“I contacted my local branch for price and availability for a part, I was shocked to see that the price from the branch was over £20 more expensive than the online price for the same part at the same branch. I would be interested in your explanation to how this is possible? Thanks”

“some parts are hard to find a compatible replacement,brake pads have 2 0r 3 different ones for the same car on some models.there's no sure way of telling,unless you actually take the old pads off first.”

“I use gsf (trafford park) for carparts as they provide me pretty much with the parts i need for my car and somtimes offer a nice discount which gets me coming back as im local to , even the odd time theres been a hiccup with online purchases the friendly staff apoligise and are always willing to rectify or remedy the problem apart from that , i will always use gsf as and when i can”

“Went on to collect a order I placed online. The service advisor went through the order with me again couldn't fault him on this, he checked and double checked I had the right parts with corresponding part numbers. Got my order together as quickly as possible. Most helpful on this occasion just like previous times I have ordered.”

“Was contacted when goods were ready to collect. Polite chap at the desk was helpful with another enquiry. Only thing stopping it from being 5 stars was that I had to wait for a bit to be seved while the chap did something on his screen.”

“Good service but cant understand why I have to book click and collect to get discount rather than just popping into store? Been told several times that they cant give online price so I have had to do click and collect and go back to the same store!!!”

“I picked my parts from the list provided after I'd entered my car reg. On collecting I queried one as the box didn't seem to list my car (it was a wiper blade). The chaps said it would be fine however it wasn't so i returned it. They didn't have one so ordered it for me so I returned again. 3rd time lucky. Nice chaps in Rhyl.”
