“I went online to order new wiper blades. I put the registration in order to get the correct ones. The rear was the right one but the fronts wrong. When I emailed about this you said. I can go to the store to swap them missing the point of online ordering entirely. If I wanted to go the store I would have. So I had no apologies and I’ve got the inconvenience of having to swap them. Great job”
